  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
     
  • Ensure all original tags, labels, and boxes are included. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. Contact our customer service team within this timeframe to initiate a return. 
     
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

  • Email your return request including your Order ID and reason for return to  codeacceleratetech@gmail.com. 
     

Step 2: Share Supporting Evidence 

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos or videos of the issue to help us process your request faster. 
     

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions 

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item. 
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. 
     
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund. 
     
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
     
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

  • In cases where items partially meet return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. 
     
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
