This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased through our platform. Shipping Locations 

We deliver to all pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping services. 

Processing Time 

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant order details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, ensuring you receive your latest picks promptly. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request a re-delivery of their order. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic evidence of the issue. 

In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with the courier partner to verify the case and then initiate either a replacement or a refund.
